You aren't just looking for someone to count your reps; you are looking for someone to manage your physical system. My role is to bridge the gap between high-level strength training and clinical manual therapy.

Because I am both a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT), I don’t just watch you move—I understand exactly why you are struggling to move well. If you walk into the studio with back tightness or knee discomfort, we don’t have to cancel your session. I can address the issue immediately, either my mobilizing tight tissue or teaching you to correctly stabilize and brace hyper-mobile joints, and then ensure you can still perform safely and effectively.

The Dual-Lens Approach

My protocol is based on two integrated functions:

  • Corrective Strength: I use the Functional Movement Screen (FMS) to identify any weak links in your movement patterns. I build your strength program around fixing these gaps, ensuring that every lift you do actually makes you more durable, not more prone to injury.

  • Clinical Recovery: You shouldn't have to wait for a PT appointment to address a minor ache. I use manual therapy to clear tissue restrictions, improve joint range of motion, and reduce pain. By integrating this into every session, we keep you in the game and consistently moving forward.

Life is unpredictable. Between the physical demands of your job, your hobbies, and the unavoidable "tweaks" of daily life, you will inevitably deal with discomfort. Most trainers are trained to walk away from these issues; I am trained to work through them.

Assessment

Every client starts with an Assessment. You will perform a full Functional Movement Screen (FMS) to identify structural gaps, followed by corrective exercises and professional manual therapy.

2x/Week

This package is engineered to create a baseline for your health and longevity—building the essential supports and bracing needed for a resilient life. We recognize that a modern lifestyle is a balancing act; this frequency is designed to deliver measurable structural results while maintaining a realistic equilibrium between work, family, and travel. Each 75-minute session provides the consistent loading required to maintain a strong physical frame while allowing ample time for recovery and everyday life.

3x/Week

This package is for those looking to improve their health with maximum density and speed. We find that clients who commit to this tier have placed their health as a primary focus of their life, prioritizing rapid adaptation and maximum consistency. By increasing the frequency of both performance loading and professional manual therapy, we create a more robust load-bearing capacity, allowing you to handle higher levels of stress without structural fatigue.
